Personal Executive Secretaries
Bank of Pakistan, the Central Bank of the country, regulates the monetary and
credit system of Pakistan and fosters its growth in the best national interest
with a view to securing monetary stability and optimum utilization of the
country's productive resources. In order to strengthen its human resources, SBP
is looking for high caliber and dynamic professionals as Personal Secretaries
for the offices of Senior Management. The positions are permanently based at
Executive Secretaries (OG-2)
Qualification: Masters or Bachelors
degree (16 years) from HEC recognized institutions or from a reputable foreign
university. Candidates having diploma in Secretarial services/Office
Management/Administrative Skills will be preferred.
Age: 31 years
at the time of application, relaxable in case of higher/relevant qualification
or progressive experience.
Salary & Benefits: Competitive compensation
package in the salary scales of OG-2 (Rs.82.000-164,000) including loan
facility, medical, provident fund, gratuity and other benefits as per Bank's
Experience: At least 3 years
relevant post qualification experience in a Secretarial position with Senior
Executives in a reputable organization preferably banks and financial
institutions. Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to the
all secretarial jobs such as prepare routine responses, proofread confidential
correspondence, check drafts for accuracy, receive and respond calls, schedule
appointments, management of confidential files and other information for the
schedule of appointments and record of Executive's engagements and communicate
meeting schedule on daily basis.

and arrange all logistics for executive meetings including availability of
meeting room, conference calls, refreshment, relevant papers / material etc
well before time.
a database of incoming and outgoing mails and ensure their delivery to
respective stakeholder as per stipulated timelines.
periodic status report on progress of outstanding cases for review of the
all travel arrangements for the Executive on timely basis.
Competencies: Proficient in the use
of MS office with excellent presentation, communication, conflict management
and problem solving skills
