Deputy Chief Engineer (Internal Audit-Technical Compliance) (JC 7001-01)

Qualification: Candidate must possess BE Mechanical degree, Masters in relevant field will be an added advantage.

Experience: Must have 6 years of relevant audit experience in transmission /distribution/operations.

Age: Should not exceed 41 Years

Job Responsibilities:

·         Responsible for leading, supervising, performing and completing Assurance and Consultancy assignments.

·         Assist seniors in preparing audit universe and risk based audit plan.

·         Assist in preparation of audit manual.

·         Leading audit teams and supervising the work of audit staff engaged on the audits of Technical departments.

·         Develop and administer a comprehensive / practical program of internal audit activity of an assigned location

·         Perform special assignment and investigations/enquiries.

·         Obtain accomplishment of the program in accordance with acceptable engagement standards and stipulated schedules.

·         Prepare audit reports with recommendations and corrective actions.

Senior Engineer (Internal Audit-Technical Compliance) (JC 7002-01)

Qualification: The candidate must possess Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferably Mechanical / Electrical,

Experience: At least 4 years of relevant experience in handling audit related activities.

Age: Should not exceed 38 Years

Job Responsibilities:

·         Manage internal audit activities for assessing internal controls in supply chain and core-business operations.

·         Assist seniors in monitoring the audit program effectiveness in accordance with acceptable standards and stipulated schedules.

·         Responsible for performing and completing technical compliance, conformity assessment and consultancy assignments.

·         Assist seniors in risk assessment and preparing risk based audit plan.

·         Supervise the work of audit staff engaged in the audit of supply chain. engineering function and other operational areas.

·         Follow up with auditors to track the progress of implementation of audit recommendations

Manager (Internal Audit-Supply Chain / Customer Services) (JC 7003-01)

Qualification & Experience: Freshly Qualified CA / ACMA or MBA with 4 years relevant audit experience.

Age: Should not exceed 38 Years

Job Responsibilities:

·         Manage internal audit activities for assessing internal controls in supply chain and core-business operations.

·         Assist seniors in monitoring the audit program effectiveness in accordance with acceptable standards and stipulated schedules.

·         Responsible for performing and completing technical compliance, conformity assessment and consultancy assignments.

Qualification & Experience: MBA with 2 years relevant experience I BBA with 4 years relevant experience.

Job Responsibilities:

·         Assist in leading supervising, performing. and completing Assurance and Consultancy assignments.

·         Assist in preparing audit universe and risk based audit plan.

·         Assist in preparing audit program and working paper files.

·         Perform audits of Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Services or Management Services related departments.

·         Assist in execution of internal audit activity of an assigned location or operation.

·         Assist in identification of activities subject to engagement coverage, evaluate their significance and evaluate the degree of risk inherent in the activity in terms of cost, schedule and quality.

·         Obtain accomplishment of the program in accordance with acceptable engagement standards and stipulated schedules.

·         Assist in preparing audit reports with recommendations and corrective actions.

·         Assist in performing special assignment and investigations / enquiries.

Engineer Internal Audit (Technical Compliance) (JC 7005-02)

Qualification & Experience: B.E (Mechanical / Electrical) with at least 2 years of relevant work experience

Age: Should not exceed 35 Years

Job Responsibilities:

·         Visit site of work for identifying process controls like: segregation of duties, physical safeguards, supervision/monitoring, authorizations and top-level reviews. in supply chain and core-business operations.

·         Identify compliance gaps between actual practices and requirements of applicable codes I standards.

·         Prepare technical analysis reports and develop / propose technical solutions for removing process bottlenecks / non-conformities.

·         Prepare audit observations and audit reports.

·         Follow up with auditors to track the progress of implementation of audit recommendations.

·         Assist in performing special assignments and investigations / enquiries.

·         Assist Audit Management in preparing audit plans, their implementation and allocation of resources.

·         Monitor and report the progress of audit program in accordance with planned vs. actual, resource requirements and actions needed for updating/fine-tuning of audit plans/ programs.

·         Verify the communication of audit reports vis-A-vis: appropriateness, correctness and conciseness.

·         Assist in preparation of audit program and follow-up audits.

Deputy Manager (IT Audit) (JC 7006-01)

Qualification & Experience: BCS with at least 4 years of relevant experience I BE (CS) with at least 2 years of relevant experience

Age: should not exceed 35 years.

Job Responsibilities:

·         Conduct IT audit and assist in preparation of audit reports.

·         Liaison with concerned personnel and timely follow-ups on audit activities.

·         Assist in performing and completing Assurance and Consultancy assignments.

·         Assist in preparation of working paper files.

·         Visit site of work for better understanding and carrying out audit procedures.

·         Prepare audit observations and follow-up on implementation of audit recommendations.

·         Assist in performing special assignments, investigations and enquiries entrusted by audit management.

Software Engineer (JAVA Developer)(JC 7007-01)

Qualification: The candidate must possess Bachelor's degree in computer sciences.

Experience: At least 4 years of relevant experience with strong background knowledge about Java, SQL, XML, ADF, OAF, Java Beans (Core Java Developer).

Age: Should not exceed 35 Years

Job Responsibilities:

·         Define SITE Objectives by analyzing user requirements; envisioning system features and functionality

·         Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable and reliable Java Code

·         Ensure the best possible performance, quality and responsiveness of the applications

·         Support users by developing documentation and assistance tools

·         Update job knowledge by exploring new internet / intranet technologies and software products, participating in professional organizations.

Software Engineer (Oracle Developer)(JC 7008-01)

Qualification: The candidate must possess Bachelors degree in Software Engineering (Computer Sciences), MCS will be given preference.

Experience: At least 4 years of relevant experience with strong background knowledge about queries and Oracle Application R12, SQL/PL, Forms and Reports Developer, BI Developer Age: Should not exceed 35 Years Job Responsibilities:

·         Understanding of Business Processes utilizing Oracle Application Flows across the E-Business suites

·         In depth knowledge of various file transfer methods and how they relate to EBS • In depth knowledge of Oracle Applications schema the E-Business Suite (HRMS & PAYROLL) and other Oracle products

·         Hands on experience in Forms, Reports, SQL and PL/SQL

·         Proficient with tools used to support Oracle Applications development including, but not limited to PL/SQL, SQL: Plus, Forms, Reports and Workflow.

·         Should have working knowledge of the Oracle E-Business Suite.

Web Developer (JC 7009-01)  

Qualification: The candidate must possess Bachelor's degree in computer sciences, preferably MCS I MBA (MIS).

Experience: At least 4 years of relevant experience with BCS or at least 2 years of experience, if MBA I MCS. The candidate should have strong background knowledge about Oracle Application R12, SQL/PL, Forms and Reports Developer, BI Developer.

Age: Should not exceed 35 Years

Job Responsibilities:

·         Develop, maintain and manage websites in PHP/My SQL with Oracle

·         Maintain and manage web server installation.

·         Ensure timely back up and maintenance

·         Shall be able to work on Adobe Photoshop. Adobe Illustrator. Dreamweaver and Toad.

IT Security Officer (JC 7010-01)

Qualification: The candidate must possess Bachelor's degree in Computers Science I Electrical or Electronics Engineering.

Experience: Fresh to 4 years of experience of System Administration and Security experience. Age: Should not exceed 35 Years

Job Responsibilities:

·         Implement best practices for new and existing IT security solutions.

·         Administration of firewalls and other network devices

·         Monitor systems efficiency and support network segment, Internet and Intranet systems

·         Writing and maintaining Technical Documentation and SOPs

·         Recommendations for mitigating IT security vulnerabilities

·         Security administration of LAN, WAN, Email and Internet gateways.

Deputy Manager (Quality Assurance-IT)(JC 7011-01)

Qualification: The candidate must possess Bachelor's degree in Computers, Masters will be preferred.

Experience: At least 4 years of relevant experience of Process Quality Assurance and Software Quality Assurance.

Age: Should not exceed 35 Years

Job Responsibilities:

·         Develop, Implement and Maintain Quality Assurance process and testing methodology as per industry standards.

·         Develop and execute test strategy, test plan and test cases for system, system integration and user acceptance test.

·         Conduct defect triage meetings and manage defect resolution

·         Create and execute test script for various tiers of testing i.e. unit test, integration, system, user acceptance, regression, security access test, white box, black box testing and requirement traceability matrix (RTM)

Oracle Utilities CC&B Program & Reports Developer(JC 7012-01)

Qualification: The candidate must possess Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences, preferably MCS/MBA (MIS). The candidate must be familiar with oracle database component stored procedure, triggers, SQL, PLSQL, advanced SQL, Crystal Report, Business Object and Oracle Business Intelligence.

Experience: At least 4 years of relevant experience with Bachelors Degree: 1-2 years experience for candidates having MBA/ MCS

Age: Should not exceed 35 Years

Job Responsibilities:

·         Develop dynamic and accurate customized reports based on the functional users' requirement.

·         Provide appropriate training / counseling to users for effective use of CC&B related reports.

·         Liaise with Business Users to design appropriate solutions

·         Provide analysis and solution when issues arise with existing processes/configuration.

·         Performs investigations on issues raised and provide explanation and possible workarounds on issues

·         Studying current practices and mapping business processes.

·         Perform quality, functional, technical reviews during the design and development phases

·         Perform other tasks as assigned, including coding and unit testing

Oracle Utilities CC&B Application Administrator(JC 7013-01)

Qualification: The candidate must possess Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences, preferably MCS/MBA (MIS). The candidate must have strong JAVA/UNIX scripting and PLISQL programming skills.

Experience: At least 4 years of experience. The candidate must possess good experience of supporting Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) including development, operational support and integration. The candidate must have working knowledge of the UNIX operating system and experience with Oracle 10g/11g having hands on experience of XMIJXAI interfaces. Age: Should not exceed 35 Years

Job Responsibilities:

·         Maintaining and supporting Oracle CC&B Customer Care and Billing system.

·         Plan, install, Configure, and maintain multiple AIX Web Sphere in CC&B environments.

·         Deploying of CC&B code in Test/Production environments, Data Conversion tuning and support,

·         Contacting and coordinating with Oracle support for any upgrades and patch installations.

·         Responsible for Installing, configuring, tuning, backup & recovery, of CC&B application.

·         Ability to analyze requirements, research and propose solutions.

·         Demonstrate continuous learning experience architecting, planning and implementing an ERP application.

Manager Accounts (JC 7014-01)

Qualification & Experience: Fresh CA/ACMA or MBA Finance with at least 4 years of relevant experience, having sound understanding of below mentioned responsibilities.

Age: Should not exceed 38 Years.

Job Responsibilities:

·         Perform managerial responsibilities in the area of Financial Accounting as well as accounting and analysis in General Ledger and different subsidiary modules of Oracle Financials e.g. Fixed Assets, Inventory, Manufacturing, Project Accounting, payable/receivable beside Capital and Revenue Budgeting and Taxation.

·         Make active liaison with Statutory Auditors, Government Auditors, Tax Auditors and meeting the requirement of regulatory compliance's.

Manager Fixed Assets (JC 2015-01)

Qualification & Experience: Fresh ACA ACMA or MBA (Finance) with at least 4 years of relevant experience having sound understanding of below mentioned responsibilities.

Age: Should not exceed 38 Years.

Job Responsibilities:

·         Monitor and supervise store stock accounting at different store locations

·         Prepare monthly reconciliation of subsidiary and control ledgers

·         Prepare aging analysis of store stock

·         Coordinate with statutory auditors for stock counts and preparation of schedules

·         Maintain Fixed Asset and Inventory Register in ERP system

·         Monitor actual capital expenditure against capital budget

·         Prepare schedule of fixed asset, depreciation and gain/loss on disposal of fixed assets for management. financial statements and tax return

·         Capitalization, adjustment, transfer, reclassification, retirement and disposal of assets

·         Prepare/generate reports for management's review
