aim of project Aghaaz is to develop gender diversity within TCS and to improve
the participation of women in the logistics and E-commerce business by
providing them a professional and respectable work environment. This position
offers a groundbreaking opportunity for women to work in a male dominated
industry where there is no precedence of female couriers. By introducing female
couriers in our work-stream and providing careers to them, our vision is to
have a long-term socio-economic impact.
shipments, preparing delivery sheet and providing status report on a daily basis
according- assigned routes.

Training and Development
selected candidates will be trained on Safety & Security, Customer Service
