TENDER INVITATION FOR LED BASED LIGHTING SYSTEM FOR NVROs

Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) invites sealed tenders from reputed and renowned parties for supply and installation of petrol pump LED based Lighting system meeting the following criteria:

• The applicants should be a registered / approved supplier for relevant lighting system.

• The applicant must be financially sound.

• Must be well reputed: It is essential that applicant must not have been blacklisted by any of the major firms.

• The applicant must possess experience of installing and maintaining such type of jobs.

• The applicant must have strong after-sales service back-up, ensuring smooth trouble -free availability of items .

Tender documents and registration form can be obtained on submission of written request on company's letterhead accompanied by a Pay Order of Rs. 1,000/- (Non- Refundable) made in favour of Pakistan  State Oil Company Limited, on any working day between 09:00 am to 01:00 pm from the following address:

Bidder should bid and registration form along with the company's profile. The profile must contain all relevant information about the company and product details according to the points described above. The contractor will also provide the following additional details in given sequence:

1. Type of firm

2. Audited financial report or any other document to show annual turnover for last three years

3. Details of registration of firm.

4. Detail of relevant jobs, client lists , work orders / contracts..

5. Professional tax certificate .

6. Complete specifications / brochures / technical details of the offered equipment.

7. Clause-by-clause conformance table of offered equipment with PSO specifications

8. Any other information related to the subject which the bidder considers relevant.

NOTE:

• Information given if found incomplete / false at any stage will result in immediate rejection.

• PSO may ask for any further information and details , if required at any time and reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason .

• Only the parties found suitable for undertaking the job will be considered for award of work.

Last date to collect tender document is 17-10-2007 and sealed bids along with 2% earnest money in the shape of P.O / D.D should be dropped in Tender Box # 2, market Procurement on or before 03:00 pm dated 25-10-2007 in Procurement and Services Department 2nd Floor , PSO House , Khayaban-e-iqbal, Clifton , Karachi or mailed to reach this address before aforementioned due date and time.

Tenders will be opened on 25-10-2007 in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at 3:30 pm. Ground Floor, PSO House , Clifton Karachi.
