SENIOR LAW EXECUTIVE - ABL

LLB/LLM degree holder law professionals, between the age of 38-48 years, having sound knowledge and expertise in labor laws/commercial legislations. The candidates must have a minimum of cumulative 6 years of experience in criminal practice as well as in labor law. Relevant work experience in a similar capacity and particularly in the banking sector will be an added advantage. The job applicant will be responsible for supervising and providing guidance to the management team in matters relating to disciplinary and grievance handling, including holding of inquiry proceedings and fulfillment of regulatory requirement as per the law. The job entails frequent traveling within the country throughout the year.
