Facilitation skills have become an important part of leadership, management, and teamwork. A good facilitator is skilled in interpreting the difficulties, resolving conflicts  enabling a group to reach agreement and develop new practices and strategies thus helping a group to accomplish its goals.
IRC- PRIDE Project is calling for proposals Organizations or Consultants to conduct Facilitation Skills Training for 45 participants (to be conducted in three groups) Interested organizations and consultants having proven record for conducting such training are requested to submit a proposal including detailed training content, duration of training, a list of similar training conducted in the past and budget by 12 October 2007 to the following address.
