PRE-QUALIFICATION NOTICE

Application for the Pre-qualification of Construction are invited from reputed Companies / Firms having long outstanding experience of building construction, required for the construction of an SOS Children's Village at Islamabad. Approximate covered area is 58,000 Sft.

The following information should be provided:

1. Name and address with telephone and fax number of Company  / Firms along with Memorandum and Article of Association.

2. Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council in category-C I or above.

3. List of building and similar project constructed during the last ten years along with completion certificates, stating location, name of Client, covered area and cost of the Project.

4. Particulars of Litigation / Arbitration cases in which the Company / Firm involved during the last ten years and result thereof.

The applications should reach the office of the undersigned by September 20, 2007.

The Client reserves the right to reject any or all the applications without assigning any reason Incomplete applications shall not be entertained.
