In its ongoing endeavor to provide effective services, SECP is seeking to attract high caliber professionals to take up and achieve its objectives. This initiative is aimed at consolidating SECP's presence to further enhance its effectiveness for playing a proactive role in interfacing with key market players intermediaries and other stakeholders to improve the regulatory regimes applicable to various market constituents.
Towards this end, SECP is seeking to attract high caliber professional to take up & achieve its objectives for its Human Resources & Training Division which comprises of two department to cater for the needs and various requirement of the Human Resources at the Commission.
Human Resources Department is responsible for various activities that include manpower planning recruitment and selection formulating developing and implementing Human Resources policies and procedures managing employee benefits and compensation etc.
The Training & Organization Development Department undertakes necessary activities for capacity building of the SECP's employees. These activities are aimed at enhancing the productivity of employees , equipping them with new skills. knowledge and abilities.
The persons required by the SECP for the posts given below would be a part of the management team responsible for discharging SECP mandate and achieving its vision.
HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT
The person(s) we are looking for should have the following profiles:
Joint Directors:
MBA (Human Resources) / MPA (Human Resources) or Masters in Social Sciences (preferably HRM) with at least 5 years of progressive post qualification experience at management level in reputed multinational / national organizations.
Junior Executive:
MBA / MPA from a renowned university
TRAINING &ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT
The person(s) we are looking for should have the following profiles:
Assistant Director - Training & Organization Development
MBA (Human Resources) / MPA (Human Resources) with at least 2 years of related post-qualification experience at management level in reputed multinational / national organizations
The individuals must be comfortable in working in an automated work environment and should have good communication and analytical skills with a positive and proactive team working approach.
