Establishment of Information Technology University in Zone IV. Islamabad

Capital Development Authority invites International Companies/Groups/Consortia, having proven track record and requisite experience in planning, designing, financing, developing, marketing and managing an information technology institute/Campus and businesses located on thirty (30) acres Information Technology University will be developed as a large Information Technology Learning and Research Center, unlike any other in Pakistan with all necessary support infrastructure and on site presence of major industry players.

Location: Zone IV, Islamabad

Size: Thirty (30) Acres.

Mode of Disposal: Joint Venture Basis/BoT.

Features: Information Technology Campus with on site facilities i.e. teaching, research, boarding, recreational locations and presence of industry leaders in computers, information technology and networking etc.

Interested Parties of international repute with extensive experience in establishing and managing large international information technology University/Institution and technology centers: are invited to send in qualification documents along with the following information:

i. Organizational structure with registered official address and particulars of directors/key personnel of the company/group/consortia.

ii. Nature of business activities of the company/group/consortia

iii. Details of undertaking High Value Mega Projects (in terms of US Dollars) during last five years.

iv. Financial standing including audited balance sheets for last three years. Organizations with a minimum turnover of Pak Rupees 5 billion and net worth of Pak Rupees 3 billion would only be qualified to participate.

v. Attested copies of MOU signed between the companies/group forming the consortia

The last date for submission of Pre-Qualification Documents is 1st October, 2007

A non refundable submission fee of Pak Rs. 500,000/- will have to be paid in shape of Demand Draft/Pay Order in favour of Project Management Office, CDA
