APP Inviting Bids

Sealed bids are invited from well-reputed firms/suppliers for the following categories:

Category-1

Servers, NLEs (workstations) and Switches with Cabling

Category-2

Video Equipment (Digital Cameras, VTRs, Video Management System etc.)

Category-3

Data Center Establishment with complete power and environment protection solution/Video Room Renovations/new rooms construction/Furniture and Fixtures.

Category-4

Security system (Entrance Security System/System Security Software.)

Detailed tender documents, including RFP can be purchased from APP on any working day during the office hours by submitting a written request on the firm/company letter Pad, along with a pay order or bank draft amounting to Rs. 1000/- (Non-Refundable) drawn in the favor of the APP.

Interested bidders may submit their bids on or before 1430 hours on 09/09/2007 positively. The bids will be opened on the same day at 1500 hours in the presence of bidders or their nominated agents.

Each bid should be accompanied by 2% earnest money of the quoted amount in shape of Bank Draft or Pay Order in favor of APP.

APP reserves the right to reject all or any of the bids without assigning any reason and can decrease or increase the quantity of item as per requirement.
