TENDER NOTICE

1. " Jinnah International Airport Karachi is the largest Airport of the Country with over six million passengers traveling through the Airport each years. This is an exciting opportunity for advertisement inside terminal building. Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) invites tenders on two envelopes basic i.e. Technical Offer and Financial sound background for the following three concessions.

2. Each concession consists of GRPs, vertical island, spectacular, wall signs. The concessions shall be awarded for the period of three years with 12.5% & 15% cumulative annual enhancement during 2nd and 3rd years  of the license agreement respectively. No offer less than the Reserve price shall be entertained.

3. Defaulters of CCA dues are not eligible to apply. Late, ambiguous and/ or conditional tenders shall not be entertained.

4. Tenders forms along with some instructions and terms & conditions can be obtained from the office of the Corporate Manager Commercial, HQCCA Terminal-1 JIAP Karachi between 0900 hours to 1500 hours on working days on payment of Rs. 2000/- (non refundable). Tenders should be dropped in the tender box on or before September 5, 2007 in the office of the Corporate manager Commercial, HQCAA Terminal-1, JIAP Karachi. Technical offer will be opened at 1500 hours on September 07, 2007 in the presence of of bidders wishing to be present.

6. CAA reserves the right to reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason and without being liable for any claim/ compensation of any nature whatsoever. Decision of CAA shall be final and shall not be challenged.
