1.Port Qasim Authority intends to hold Open
Auction of the following Cargo Handling Equipment, which has been declared as
obsolete on “As IS Where is” basis.
The
above items can be inspected on any working day between 0930 to 1530 hours
except Saturday and Sunday upto 10.03.2012. The auction will be held on
14.03.2012 at 1100 hours at site Port Qasim Authority.
the
prospective bidders intending to participate in the open auction shall
have to deposit a Pay Order/ Demand Draft of Rs. 200,000/= (Rupees two Lac
only) in favor of Port Qasim Authority and obtain token will only be
issued to one authorized person having printed letter of the company &
upon production of original CNIC along with photocopy. The prospective
bidders reaching after time and date will not be entertained.
The
details of above martial and terms and conditions of the auction can be
obtained against token receipt (free of cost), on any working day, from
the office of Manager (Stores). Port Qasim Authority or may be downloaded
from PPRA or PQA websites for their information only.
Only
one (1) authorized person will be allowed against token receipt to
participate in the bid proceedings.
All
applicable government taxes i.e. GST and Income Tax etc. will be required
to e paid by the purchaser at prevalent rates.
Port
Qasim Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers
and no claim what-so-ever will be entertained in this regard. Authority
decision in this respect shall be final and binding on all parties.
