Branch Manager
Job Summary: Responsible for overall
control and supervision of all branch activities / operations inclusive of
deposit mobilization, commercial advances, customer services, budget
management, compliance, control and people issues.
Minimum Eligibility: At least 8
years of branch banking experience with at least 3 years in a similar role. Up
to 45 years of age. Bachelor’s Degree, MBAs preferred.
Customer Services & Operations Managers
Job Summary: Responsible for day to
day branch operations, engaging business partners to ensure adherence to
service level agreements and regulatory compliance.
Minimum Eligibility: At least 8
years of branch banking operations experience with at least 3 years in a
similar role. Up to 45 years of age. Bachelor’s Degree, MBAs preferred.
Personal Bankers
Job Summary: Responsible for
facilitating delivery of seamless services to customers: to expand
relationships by selling to new and existing customers. Will be the face of the
branch and will assist in any / all customer related issues.
Minimum Eligibility: At lest 4 years
of branch banking experience with at least 2 years in a similar role. Up to 35
years of age. Bachelor’s Degree, MBAs preferred.
Chief / Universal Tellers
Job Summary: Responsible for
handling the portfolio of Universal / Chief Teller in addition to supervision
of tellers. Offering tellers consistent coaching to ensure quality and
compliance standards are being met.
Minimum Eligibility: At least 3
years of cash handling experience in a commercial bank. UP to 36 years of age.
Bachelor’s Degree.
