PRE-QUALIFICATION NOTICE

MASTER PLANNERS

The Civil Aviation Authority is in the process of developing Airport Cities at Jinnah International Airport, Karachi and Allama Iqbal International Airport, Lahore. The proposed development is expected to cover an area of over 1000 acres at Karachi and 200 acres at Lahore. These locations adjoining the airports; offer excellent opportunities for investment in commercial project on prime land with high rate of returns.

At this stage CAA is pre-qualifying Master Planners for the Airport  City Projects. the Master Planner is also expected to develop concept develop concept design and feasibility for optimum revenue generation with high value commercial projects.

Firms possessing relevant experience and capacity of undertaking projects of similar nature may apply for pre-qualification. Document should include a covering letter expressing interest in the project; Audited Annual Reports indicating the firm's financial standing along with reference projects and any other Information relevant to the nature of the project. This is a highly specialized assignment and therefore only firms possessing relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
