Public Relations Specialist

The Job: The Job entails using all forms of media and communication to provide a positive organizational image to the general public, clients shareholders, stakeholders and the community. The function aims to manage organizational reputation in order to gain understanding and support, and influence opinion and behavior. It mainly requires initiating and planning advertising and PR campaigns: conducting research and analysis followed by continuous evaluation of bank and its campaign strategy in coordination with PR / advertising agency and managing marketing expenses for promotional activities. Need to develop and maintain working relationship with the media, including local and national newspapers, magazines, radio, television and related government offices.

The Candidate: The ideal candidate should be an MBA from HEC recognized institute preferably marketing, below 35 years of age, possesses exceptional communication and presentation skills and be able to work with people from diverse backgrounds. The incumbent should possess a minimum of 3-5 years of experience preferably in an advertising/PR agency or in similar position in a reputable organization. Experience of working in a banking environment would be a plus but not mandatory. Have the ability to adapt and learn quickly in fast paced environment. The candidate must have strong PC skills including word processing, advanced spreadsheet capabilities, project management and software for analyzing research. Primarily the candidate should be able to write and edit press releases, in-house newsletters, speeches, articles, maintain and update information on Khushhali Bank's website.
