SELECTION OF

PRINTERS

Trade Development Authority of Pakistan Requires suitable Printers for printing of its publicity material used official purpose. Companies interested in seeking pre-qualification (Including those which have served TDAP before) are required to submit their offers along with following documents:

1. Application on Company's letterhead.

2. Profile of the Company.

3. Letter of Registration with Income Tax and Sales Tax Department (Under Sales Tax 1990).

4. Bank Statement and  Certificate.

5. National Identify Cards of Proprietors / Printers / Directors.

6. The List of Clients.

7. Detailes / Proof of printing work done for other organization.

8. Details of Printing Machinery installed in their premises.

9. An affidavit on stamped paper of  Rs. 100/- declaring that the firm has not been black listed by any Government / Semi Government / Private / Public Organization.

The Offers should be addressed to the undersigned and should teach latest by 25th July, 2007. Interested Companies can obtain from the undersigned during office hours on any working day.

TDAP has the right to reject any or all offers without assigning any reason.
