Sealed quotation / tender are invited from reputed firms / authorized dealers (GST Registered) for purchase of hardware as detailed  below:

Interested firms / authorized dealers are requested to submit their rates including all taxes / installation / transportation and other charges. The Supplier will have to deposit bid security @ 10% of quoted price (2% should accompany with the quotation /offers and remaining 8% within three days of acceptance of tender / quotation) in shape of pay order , In case of non-supply / breach of terms & conditions of tenders, earnest money / security deposit will be forfeited.

The quotation /offers should reach this latest by 25th June 2007 up to 11:00 am. Which will be opened on the same day at 12:00 noon in the presence of firms / authorized dealers or their representatives, who wish to be present.
