High Quality Mixed Use Venture

Capital Development Authority invites Companies / Group / Consortia having proven track record and requisite  experience in planning , designing , financing, developing , marketing and managing " High Value Commercial Projects in Pakistan or Abroad". The details of the project are:

Location:  Plot No.63-F, Nazim-ud-Din Road , Blue Area , Sector F-7

Size: 1.58 Acres (7,647sq yd)

Mode of Disposal: Through open auction between pre-qualified parties

Lease: 33 years further extendable for a further period  of two similar terms

Features: Mixed Use Development i.e. Offices , Residential, Commercial Apartments , Shopping Mall etc.

INTERESTED PARTIES:

having requisite experience as stated above should submit the Request For Qualification (RFQ) with the following information / documents:

1. Organizational  structure with registered official address and particulars of directors / key personal of the company / group/ consortia.

2. Nature of business activities of the company / group/ consortia.

3. Details of experience of undertaking "High Value Mega Projects" during the last 5 years.

4.Financial standing including audited balance sheets for last 3 years . Organizations with a minimum turnover of Pak Rupees 5 billion and net worth Pak Rupees 3 billion would only be qualified to participate in the auction.

5. An attested copy of MOU signed between the companies / group forming the consortia.

A non refundable submission fee of Pak Rs. 5000,000/- will have to be paid in shape Demand Draft / Pay Order in favour of CDA.
