Regional Employee Relation Officers (4)

Location: Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar, Karachi.

Qualification: MBA / MPA degree specialized in HR from a reputable institution.

Experience: 1-2 years of HR experience.

Reportable to: HR Division, Head Office.

Skills:

• Candidate must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written).
• Capable of employee facilitation, grievance handling, follow-up and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Must be self-motivated, responsible and a team player with strong dedication and problem solving skills and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
• Candidate must be agreeable to travel any where in Pakistan.
