Manage retail branches in the area and set sales
target
Inventory Management at the store &
warehouse
Train Store Supervisors & Sales Representatives
and coordinate with them for customer problem resolution
Prepare and implement SOPs related to order
processing
Make sales calls to trade customers and manage
order processing of trade customers
Work with marketing team to come up with new
product launches
Interact with the customers and organize quality
surveys at the store.
Qualification and Experience
·Graduate,
preferably MBA from a reputable university with extensive experience in
managing and working with retail business and sales preferably with chain
stores/restaurants of multinational corporations or food processing companies
·Have excellent
communication & computer skills, particularly MS Office and Excel
·Have an
understanding of food processing standards particularly ISO and HACCP
·Experience of
conducting customer surveys and training of sales representative.
