PASSENGER ELEVATORS ITB
Offers are invited from Sole Distributors / Local Agents
of well Known and credible brand Elevator manufacturers for supply, installation
and commissioning 02 Nos. passenger elevators, 6-8 persons capacity for ground
6 floors (7 stops) at PIDC House Annexe building.
Interested parties contact the undersigned for prior
inspection of the site during working days between 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Offers accompanied by earnest money equivalent to 05% of
offered price/rate (refundable to unsuccessful offerers) with complete
description as to the specifications, history of successful operation of the
offered branded elevators in Pakistan, etc., along with other terms and
conditions, including cost of installations be submitted. Offers for un-branded
elevators and without earnest money shall not be acceptable. Price/Cost quoted
should be inclusive of all local taxes, duties etc. and valid for at-least 30
days. Successful offerer shall furnish a performance guarantee equivalent to ten
percent of the contract amount. However, in case of demand for advance payment,
if any, the same shall be secured by performance guaranteed / bond for an equal
amount to be submitted by successful offerers.
The deadline for receipt of invited offers is
21-12-2009 at 02:30 p.m. to be sent under sealed cover either through
courier/post or dropped in the Tender Box placed in this office, which shall be
opened the same day at 03:00 p.m. before the offerers who may wish to be
present. Selection shall be based on "Quality & Cost Based Selection Method" in
accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
PIDC management reserves the right to reject any or all
offers at any time prior to acceptance of an offer without any liability
whatsoever on its part in this regards.
