A.M to 4:30 P.M. (Monday to Thursday) and from 9:00 A.M. to 11:30 A.M. (on
Friday & Saturday).
Complete tender documents can also be made
available upto October 15, 2009 through courier to the bidders abroad
upon receipt of tender fee of
€ 2,500 or equivalent
USD which may be remitted directly through telegraphic transfer to our Bank

Technical bids only having required earnest
money will be opened in the presence of representative and/or bidders on the
above mentioned time and date. Conditional, incomplete, without earnest money
and tenders received after due time and date will not be considered. After
necessary technical evaluation, financial bids of only technically qualified
bidders will be opened for which date and time will be intimated in due course.
The Company reserves the right o accept or
reject any or all tenders and / or to amend any of the terms and conditions,
without assigning any reason.
