PIA PHARMACOPOEIA -2010 ITB
Sealed Tenders are invited
from well Established / Reputed Manufacturers / Authorized Distributors / Sole
Agents for the supply of full range of MEDICINES, MEDICAL PRODUCTS (X-RAYS,
PHARMACY, LABS AND DENTAL ITEMS ETC.) to PIA Medical Establishments at Karachi,
Lahore, Multan, Rawalpindi and Peshawar on annual rate running contract basis
for a period of one year i.e. 01-01-2010 to 31-12-2010 indicating Retail /
Trade / Special discount price to PIAC.
Tender Documents containing
full details of items, specifications Terms and Conditions can be obtained from
Finance Manager (P&L) Karachi,
against cash payment of Rs. 500/- (Non-refundable) on all working days between
09:00 Hrs. to 13:30 Hrs. Tender Documents can also be obtained from PIA Finance
Managers Lahore / Multan / Rawalpindi / Peshawar.
Manufactures / Sole
Distributors / Suppliers are required to submit their prices in sealed envelopes
for the items (with Generic Names) exclusively manufactured by them or their
principals, Samples of Surgical, General and Allied items must accompany the
offer. Please ensure to provide a copy of the offer in CD as an integral part
of the offer.
Sealed Envelope containing
offer / Proposal with Tender reference on right corner of the envelope, address
to the General Manager Procurement, must be dropped in the Tender Box marked as
Purchase Commercial, placed at the entrance of Procurement & Logistics
Building before 10:30 Hrs.
Offer clearly specify Retail
/ Trade Price & or any special prices for PIA.
Tenders will be opened on 24th August, 2009 (Monday)
at 11: 00 Hrs. in Tender Room, located in Procurement & Logistics
Department in the presence of the Bidders.
Earnest Money (Returnable)
in the fixed amount of Rs. 50,000/- in the shape of Bank Pay Order or Cash
Receipt from Finance Officer Procurement & Logistics must be annexed with
offer.
Non registered vendors will
be required to get themselves registered with PIA Medical Division, Karachi in
case their products is approved.
PIA will not be responsible
for any postal delay or damage to offer during transit.
PIA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations, divide
Business among more than one Vendor or annual Tender.
