Sealed tenders, addressed to Executive
Director, NICVD, Karachi , are invited under PPRA Rules 2004, from well reputed
firms, manufacturers, distributors, sole, agents must be registered with Sales
Tax Department on F.O.R. basis for supply of following items for the financial
year 2009-2010 extendable for further one year.

Tender documents containing terms and conditions ,
prescribed proforma can be obtained from the office of Accounts Department, (Mr.
Qadeer Muhammad Khan, Accounts Officer ), NICVD , Karachi between 8:30 am to
02:30 pm (Friday 08:30 am to 11:30 am) against cash payment of Rs. 500/-
(non-refundable) on any working day from 22nd June, 2009 to 7th July, 2009.
Separate Financial and Technical bids completed in all
respects in two separate envelopes should be dropped in the Tender Box Placed in
the Store Department between 8:30 am to 11:00 am .Technical bids will be opened
on the abovementioned date at Conference Hall, 1st floor of NICVD at 12:00 noon
in presence of tender opening committee and those tendered who wish to be
present.
All tenders should be submitted along a Pay Order / Bank
Draft of 3% of the total tendered amouont in the name of Executive Director,
NICVD , Karachi, as earnest money.
