KIBGE POWER DISTRIBUTION NETWORK

Sealed tenders are invited for the following work from reputed electrical contractors, specialized in installation of H.T / L.T. equipments, transformers and associated works and registered with PEC under category C-5 and above. Tender documents can be purchased from the office of the Director General , Dr. A.Q. Khan Institute of Biotechnology & Genetic Engineering (KIBGE), University of Karachi, on payment of tender fee through Pay Order (non-refundable) between 9:00 am to 3:00 pm on any working day except the day of opening of the tender . The contractors shall be responsible to fulfill all the obligations such as load regularization / enhancement, approval of scheme / NOC from KESC and other concerned agencies.

Completion Period: 02 Months

Tender Fee: Rs. 5000/-

Earnest Money (2%) of the value of the bid amount is to be submitted in the shape of Pay Order / Demand Draft along with tender bid in favour of KIBGE No bid shall be considered without the earnest money.
Tender documents should be dropped in the tender box kept in the office of the KIBGE by April 25, 2009 at 1:00 pm. Tenders shall be opened at 2:30 pm, on the same day in the presence the bidders or their representatives who will be present at that time.
The institute reserves the right to reject all bids at any time as per rules.
