Position: Senior Training Manager

Salary: 28k AED
Location: Abu Dhabi

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify training needs across the After Sales department and creates a resource and implementation plan to deliver required skills.
• Create a quarterly training calendar three months in advance, consulting with senior operational managers and service workshop teams to ensure relevance.
• Develop training courses to cover basic skills.
• Adapt Daimler Chrysler courses to meet the needs of our technicians and the environment.
• Ensure all technicians are trained on new models.
• Participate in all the Daimler Chrysler "Train the Trainer" sessions.
• Maintain training records for all service and parts staff.
• Manage training and development of high potential technicians to ensure maximum quality is delivered.
• Prepare and provides necessary training material for every training activity.
• Design and implements a skills testing programme to provide a career structure for productive technicians.
• Implement the same on a bi annual basis and presents the results to the Service Manager.
• Manager training delivery, assessment and follow-up as necessary.
• Develop an on the job and computer based training programme to facilitate skills refresher training that does not require a class room environment.
