Building / Premises is required on rental basis as Office Accommodation for the offices of Excise & Taxation Department, Government of Sindh at Karachi preferably with following specifications.

1. One two Buildings / Premises located at Clifton, Gulshan-e-Iqbal or PECHS, Karachi.

2. Minimum covered areas of size 1000 sq, yards

3. Have at least 30 big Rooms with attached bathrooms.

4. Ample space for car parking facility for 15 to 20 vehicles

5. Without any compliant of water and sewerage'

2. Interested parties are required to furnish / submit their proposals alongwith line plan and rent demand to undersigned within 30 days . Proposals received afterwards will not be entertained. The rent will be assessed in consultation with the Works & Services Development / Chief Engineer. Building Department Sindh as per rent / tenancy laws. No advance deposit will be allowed.

3. Government reserves the right to turn down any or all the proposals without assigning any reason.

4. Decision of the Department will be final.
