IBA invites applications from PEC -registered contractors (category C-5 or above) for pre-qualification for the above mentioned projects that include civil, electrical, mechanical & HVAC. Individuals/firms who have worked with architectural/ engineering consultants of high repute and who have relevant experience of minimum 7 years are requested to apply.

Your application and professional profile must include the following particulars:

1. A list giving a brief description of similar projects in hand and separately of these completed in the last five years,
2. An affidavit to the effect that (a) there is no ongoing litigation involving the applicant, (b) the applicant has never been blacklisted by any government, semi-government or private organization, and (c) all information provided by the applicant in his application for prequalification is true and correct and that no relevant information has been concealed.
3. A list of key technical and non-technical regular employees,
4. A list of tools and equipment owned,
5. Documentary evidence of financial position, e.g., a bank statement or audited accounts of the last three years,
6. NTN and the last three years' Income Tax Assessment Orders, and
7. Any other information/document that will support and strengthen the application.

Contractors are requested to complete and submit IBA's prescribed application forms as well. It may be obtained by faxing your request to (021) 926-1529 or personally from the office of Projects Planning & Development Department. Those who have been pre-qualified earlier for the above-mentioned work need not apply again.
