INCIDENT MANAGEMENT LEADER

Senior infrastructure tech professionals with strong leadership, intellect and technical skills to fill mission-critical roles covering global infrastructure production systems

Lead a multi-disciplined, cross-functional team of engineers and support personnel during high severity support incidents and drive the process to a speedy and successful conclusion.

• In-depth knowledge of change management processes
• Advanced knowledge of telecommunications with an emphasis on T1/E1 protocols, advanced carrier routing techniques, and call routing design
• Understanding of enterprise networks, applications, and systems including NICE, IEX, Genesys, Cisco, SQL Server, MPLS, and Avaya voice equipment. 

Position is available in either Karachi or Lahore and enquires international travel.

Candidates must have 3 to 12  years of relevant experience, excellent communication skills, and a top notch Bachelor's degree in telecommunications, engineering, computer science or equivalent experience.
