Development Managers (Islamabad & Karachi)

The jobholder will be a part of Development Team and will interface with consultants, contractors and suppliers to ensure that the company obtains the best value for each investment within agreed budgets, time & quality. Tasks also include preparation of budgets, coordination, feasibility analyses, project & design management.

Internally & externally, the jobholder will undertake successful negotiations with professional developers, real estate agents, within the context of approved Company policies, standard operating procedures and objectives.

The successful incumbent must preferably hold a degree in Architecture from a recognized university and / or professional qualification in a related discipline. Minimum 8-10 years of experience in project management and development in a similar environment i.e. Property development / Consultancy (architecture & engineering) / Construction. Must possess strong computer skills, creative and analytical skills.
