We are looking for outstanding Pakistani professionals for the following positions

HSE ADVISOR -Field Based

• The incumbent will be responsible to provide dynamic HSE advice to the line managers through coaching & the assurance that BP'S HSE management system' is working effectively within the operations
• Assist with the design, development, implementation and performance measurement of HSE as they pertain to BP Pakistan
• Ensure compliance to BP Pakistan HSE management system, codes of practice, procedures & standards, e.g., ISO-14001 AND ohsas-18001
• Provide advice, as and when required, to ensure achievement of overall HSE objectives
• Conduct periodic audits and analyses to verify implementation and compliance, measure program status and function and assist in recommendations to facilitate follow-up and improvement
• Participate in HAZOPs studies and various HSE reviews
• Assist in the Crisis Management exercise & emergencies
• Provide technical advice and HSE support to various functions within the Field Operations
• Advice HSE Manager on regulatory affairs as and when required
• Liaise and network with other industry & governmental HSE agencies

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor of Engineering from a reputable University. Masters degree in Engineering, preferably from a foreign University
• At least 8-10 years of experience, preferably a certified HSE professional in an oil & gas E&P multinational company
• The incumbent should possess excellent communication & influencing skills
