The incumbent will be in charge of all Diesel Generator sales activities in the south region; he is to provide leadership and direction to the sales team while maintaining focus on the Company's strategic goals. The GM will be responsible for the formulation of Marketing & Sales Plans; coordination with managers to implement specific objectives and target new customers / sales opportunities.

The ideal candidate should:

• Have a B.E. Degree in Mechanical or Electrical preferably with MBA (Marketing) from a reputable institute
• Have a proven track record of achieving sales targets of Diesel Generators with at least 12 years of experience
• Have excellent communication, Negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Be a team payer, result oriented and familiar with MS Office
• Have experience of handling projects independently.
