We are one of the largest Multinational Healthcare Companies with manufacturing facilities at Karachi, Pakistan currently undergoing major expansion and up gradation of the plant, looking for competent, energetic and dynamic individuals who can perform in the following positions in our Engineering and Manufacturing Department.

PRODUCTION MANAGER

The candidate must hold Master's degree in Pharmacy / Analytical Chemistry having 5-8 years experience in operations preferably of a multinational pharmaceutical company and should be able:

To organize and supervise functions of production finishing and provide overall leadership, direction and coordination of all activities. Establish priorities and strategies.
Accountable for operating and payroll expenses and capital budget.
To develop and administer plans and programs to meet finishing objectives and financial plans, in accordance with policies and goals, supply plan, quality requirements and budgetary targets.
Accountable to meet scheduled operation due dates, daily run rates, kanban replenishments, etc. In a timely manner.

Awareness of cGMP, Computer literacy and good communication skills are prerequisite for all of the above positions.
