MARIE STOPES SOCIETY a non-profit organization with global partners providing reproductive health care services to people in Pakistan, invites applications for following key Karachi based positions in senior management;

Head of Technical Services

Qualifications

• Masters in Public Health / Health Systems / Reproductive Health or a related discipline

Experience & Skills

• At least 15 years experience in the field of public health preferably in reproductive health. Some international experience is highly desirable
• 5 years team leadership experience in project design, monitoring & evaluation
• Proven technical skills in at least three of the following areas: behavior change communication, social franchising, community mobilization, service marketing, research quality assurance, and public private partnership
• Significant experience of collaborating and liaising with key stakeholders both nationally and internationally

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to key project areas
• Lead the organization's strategic planning, and business development activities
• Ensure that the project strategic are informed by relevant market research and international best practices
• Facilitate a results oriented approach to project management
• Build in-house capacity in key technical teams

Senior Marketing and Communication Expert

Qualifications

• Masters (or higher) in Business Administration/ Communications/ or a related discipline

Experience & Skills

• At least 15 years experience in marketing
• Experience in health services marketing/social marketing highly desirable At least 7 years experience in senior management and track record of successful team leadership
• Proven ability in designing culturally sensitive, socially relevant, and technically sound promotional campaigns
• Demonstrated skills in effectively use market research data to inform strategy
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Key Responsibilities

• Technical and Management oversight to the Marketing and Communications department Contribute to organization's strategic planning process
• Ensure that the marketing and behavior change communication campaigns are in line with organizations' public health objectives
• Build capacity of the Marketing and Communication team
