NOTICE FOR INVITING PREQUALIFICATION FOR SELECTION OF ISO CONSULTANTS

Name of Project: CONSULTANCY FOR ISO CERTIFICATION OF INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (ISO 9000, 14000, 18000) FOR OPERATIONS AND TECHNICAL DIVISION OF PORT QASIM.

Service: ISO Consultancy Services for planning, provision of Material , training , audits, assistance / guidelines for ISO certification.

1. Port Qasim Authority (PQA) intends to pre-quality ISO Consultancy Firms for "ISO Certification of integrated Management System (ISO 9000, 14000, 18000) for Operations and Technical Divisions of Port Qasim" ISO Consulting Firms having adequate experience and having suitable qualified personnel in team may apply for pre-qualification.

2. Pre-qualification Document / Application Form can be obtained from the office of the Director General (Technical) on payment of Rs. 500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only) in the shape of pay order in favour of PQA (non-refundable) on any working day during office hours till 28.05.2008. Pre-qualification Document is also available at PQA website. Duly filled in Pre-qualification Document / Application Form along with all attachments in a sealed envelope shall be submitted in the office of Director General (Technical), by 1200 hours on 31-05.2008. Pre-qualification Document shall be opened on the same day at 1230 hours in DGs Conference Room in Administration Block of PQA, in presence of Representatives of Firm who may like to be present. The late submission shall not be accepted.

3. Terms of Reference for submission of Technical and Financial proposals shall be issued to pre-qualified firms only.

4. Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications without assigning any reason thereof and no claim whatsoever in this respect shall be entertained.
