NIFT-National Institutional Facilitation Technologies (Pvt.) Limited provides IT Services to banks, large corporations and government sector. These include cheque clearing, enterprise content management, utility payment processing, digital identify and information security services.

To meet its expanding business needs, NIFT a interested in purchasing suitable office space located in or around the commercial and financial hubs of the city for its Head Office and Karachi operations.

Interested parties may submit expression of interest along with outright sale pricing as per following criteria.

• Space requirement is 60,000 sq. ft. workable area.

• Availability of the ground floor is not essential.

• Proper security , access control and maintenance.

• Suitable for 24 hours operations.

• Enough parking space in and around the property

• Easy and hassle free approach to the building

• Proximity to the commercial / financial markets is essential

• Space may either be ready for immediate occupation of possession within 6 to 12 month

• Fee of legal and ownership issues

• Conditional bids will not be eligible

• Price offer to remain valid for 3 months.
