Challenging Opportunities

Our client a renowned national company engaged in the production and marketing of healthcare products in Pakistan. They are in the process of expanding and adding new products in the existing range and are seeking to strengthen the production and quality control function by inducting professionals in the respective field.

Production Manager (PM)

The PM would optimize production operations which drive cost effectiveness and safely. He will adapt Best Operating Practices & Standards and formulate other applicants standards for operations. He would be responsible for Production planning and meeting targets. Production Cost, Personnel , Equipment/Machines & Safety, Liaison with Marketing, Quality Control and Engineering departments, Materials, Planning , General house keeping, GMPs and SOPs, Training of co-workers and sub-ordinate staff.

Ideal Candidate would be:

• Minimum B. Pharm while possession of MBA will be an advantage.

• At least 10 years experience in production management experience in a medium sized pharmaceutical company.

• Excellent technical, communication, computer and leadership skills.

• Must have knowledge on Management, Safety, Maintenance and Quality Systems.

Quality Control Manager (QCM)

The QCM will be planning and implementing Quality Control Systems for all stages of production based on company and ISO standards. He would be responsible for conducting Preliminary Studies on New Product Development, Documentation of Lab Trails. Optimization of Equipment Utilization with Design alternatives. Identify Waste Points and suggesting solutions to eliminate or reduce waste.

The ideal candidate would be:

• At least graduate in Applied Chemistry.

• Minimum 10 years relevant experience in a reputable pharma company.

• Good technical, analytical, and communication skills.

• Have experience in Lab Management, Regulatory Compliance, GMPs, Validation.

• Be able to operate with minimum of supervision.
