QUALITY DEVELOPER - SOLID WOOD

Responsible to secure Product Quality and production efficiency with suppliers and continuously work with improvements in Quality to contribute to IKEA's quality demands with a customer focus.

• 5 to 7 years experience with Engineering or Technical background. (MBA - added advantage) with good knowledge of different production, quality processes and materials like Glass, Wood, Metals
• Relevant experience in Product Quality, Product Development and Project Management
• Good communication skills in English and local language
• Strong knowledge of Quality & Efficiency Management Systems
• Able to audit and analyze suppliers working methods in Quality, Working Conditions and Environmental Performance
• High level of Commitment, Motivation and Ethical Standards
