MANAGER - QUALITY / EFFICIENCY DEVELOPMENT

Responsible for identifying and supporting potentials for improvement in our product quality by leading and managing the Quality team; and the follow up and maintenance of Production Efficiency projects.

• High customer focus and passion for product quality.
• Having 8-10 years of experience in the textile industry with at least 3 years experience in a leadership position
• Good understanding of Textile production - from spinning to stitching and final dispatching
• Great communication skills, leadership skills and management capabilities together with enthusiasm to face challenges
• The candidate must be aware of customer requirements in a developed global market including Q standards, Safety, Social & Environment and Customer Satisfaction
