1. National Sales Manager

Requirements:

  • MBA in Marketing
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience; in IT / PC business
  • Proven sales track record of revenue targets in large accounts
  • Presentation & negotiation skills a must
  • Ability to work independently
  • Highly motivated and work well in a team environment

Responsibilities:

  • Generate business through direct prospecting, referrals and networking
  • Play leading role for division
  • Educate oneself on and gather a deep understanding of products
  • Develop strategic plans for account penetration
  • Provide feedback from customers - proactively assisting in defining customer requirements for new products or new releases of current products
  • Identifying new market opportunities & potential leads
  • Upcountry & Overseas travel direction to team for results achievement

2. Channel/Reseller Manager

Requirements:

  • MBA preferably in marketing
  • Passionate, energetic, and highly self-motivated person who can work efficiently with minimum supervision
  • Excellent negotiation and analytical skills
  • Project management experience and ability to handle multiple time-sensitive projects
  • Experience structuring and negotiating new partnership deals
  • At least 5 years of work experience in similar field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong teamwork skills and cooperative attitude

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze the performance of resellers and help them to achieve sales targets
  • Help resellers to fine-tune and improve their business process and account management proficiency
  • Work with other regional channel managers to develop channel strategy and policy
  • Further develop marketing and provide necessary support by working closely with internal related functions
