It has successfully managed and maintained Finance & Trade Centre (FTC) for the last 18 years and has set excellent standards of Operations and Maintenance with a fully committed team of Professional Engineers and Managers. Besides FTC,FMCL has to its credit a list of prestigious projects developed and maintained by its management team at Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad.

Major projects include upgrading of Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore: National Stadium Karachi, Shaukat Khanum Memorial Hospital: Arabian Sea Country Club, Karachi and Pak-Kuwait Visual Park, Karachi. It has managed and maintained Karachi Expo Centre for four years besides maintaining many more prestigious complexes.

In order to continue our excellent performance, we seek a competent professional Engineer having at least 10 years of experience in higher management cadre to join our team as CEO.

The CEO (Karachi-based) reporting to the Board of Directors, will:

Build, direct and keep motivated the existing team to achieve operational and business goals of the Country.
Formulate strategic and operational plans for implementation and future development of FMCL and its key business objectivities.
Improve, monitor and control Company policies and procedure through appropriate check and balance systems for the day-to-day operations of FMCL.
Ensure that all FMCL held properties and facilities are property maintained.
Maintain a dynamic and highly motivated environment in which results can be achieved and measured on a consistent basis.
Provide excellent leadership with a strong commitment to the job.
Attend meetings of the Board of Directors and take up all important matters to the Board for their approval as required.
Maintain constant liaison with the FTC owners and tenants and resolve their problems timely and efficiently.
Monitor and Control performance of all Contractors, Vendors, Installers, Fabricators and specially Contractors.
Maintain liaison with Government Authorities and bulk utility supply organization like KESC, SSGC, KW&SB, KCB. etc.
Improve existing systems and human resources to maintain continuity and transparency of operations.
Plan, implement, monitor and control FMCL's activities within the parameters of yearly budget policies and procedures duly approved by the Board.
Be responsible for efficiency cost, time and quality compliance of all operations.
Be proactive and responsive to needs of owners and clients.

Requirements:

Overall 20 years experience with minimum 10 years experience at senior level in similar organization, corporate bodies or MNC(s).
Hold a a graduate degree in Engineering. (Mechanical /Electrical/Civil/Industries) and MBA.
Maximum age: 50 years.
