PRE-QUALIFICATION OF CONTRACTORS

FOR FOUR STAR HOTEL & MIX DEVELOPMENT PROJECT AT LAHORE

On behalf of Employees' Old Age Benefits Institution. Pakistan Real Estate Investment and Management Company (Pvt.) Ltd. (PRIMACO) , the Project Executing Agency intends to receive applications for "PRE-QUALIFICATION" from renowned and well experienced Contractors /firm for following works.

Category-A: For Deep Excavation

Category-B: For Earth Retention System by Contiguous Pile wall with Stressed Anchors

M/s. ARCOP has been appointed as Consultant for the Project.

Well established Contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in appropriate category and having adequate experience of above mentioned works may obtain Pre-qualification documents in person of through courier from the office of the PRIMACO at the address mentioned below on payment of Rs. 1000/- (Non-refundable) payable through Bank Draft/ Pay Order in favor of "PRIMACO".

The last date for submission of pre-qualification application on the prescribed documents is May 20, 2008.

The Evaluation Criteria as provided in the pre-qualification documents based on PEC Standard Guideline for Pre-qualification of Contractors will be used to assess the received applicators.

PRIMACO shall reserve the right to independently verify the information submitted by each applicant. the PRIMACO also reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications without assigning any reason thereof.
