Tender for E-Government Project

Provision of Networking for the Project of

"HMIS System for Federal Government Hospitals

(Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Center, Karachi)."

Sealed bids are invited for supply and installation of the Active and Passive Networking items for the project of "HMIS System for Federal Government Hospital (Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Center, Karachi).

• Potential Bidder (s) submit separate 4 hard copies and 2 soft copies of technical and financial bids Potential bidder (s) should bid for all items components. Bids for few items are not allowed.

• Bids may be submitted to the undersigned is SEALED ENVELOPS (as per instructions in detailed RFP) at the address given below latest by 20th May 2008 by 11:00 am. Technical proposals of the bids submitted will be opened on the same date at 11:30 am.

• Detailed RFP (Request for Proposal) specifications detailed itemized list, terms and conditions are available in the tenders section of the EGO's website:                                 www.e-govenment.gov.pk  and PPRA's website: www.ppra.org.pk

• Bidders conference will be held in the premises of EGD on 10th May 2008 by 11:00 am. All queries relating to RFP should be faxed or mailed (posted mail) to undersigned atleast three (03) working days before the bidder conference.

• The subject RFP may changes after the above mentioned bidders conference. It is advised that all the bidders should visit EGD's website for any updates of RFP after bidder's conference.

• Bids should accompanied by bid bond in the shape of bank draft / pay order/ bank guarantee (on Performance mentioned in RFP) in the name of Program Coordinator EGD. The bid bond should not be less than 2% of bid amount.

• EGD reserve the right to reject any bid, or to annul the tender without assignment any reason.
