POWER PLANT PROFESSIONAL OMS

O & M Solutions (www.omsltd.net) is the leading experienced multinational company providing a wide range of services to the power industry. We specialize  in management and engineering services in all aspects of power generation ranging from green-field construction and development, to long-term operation and maintenance services to the power industry. For our upcoming project in Pakistan, we are looking for full time and permanent Power Plant Professionals to work on development, construction, testing & commissioning to O & M phases of the projects.

Regarding qualifications, an engineering degree with MBA along with the experience as detailed against different leadership roles shall have a weightage in the selection criteria.

PROJECT MANAGER

Engineering degree and 15 years experience in the power industry. At least 5 completed power projects as projects as project manager or lead project engineer.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Engineering degree and 12 years experience in the power industry in Construction Management.

MANAGERS (MECHANICAL/ ELECT.&INST. / CIVIL)

Engineering degree and at least 10 years experience in the power industry in design, construction and/or O& M.

PROJECT ENGINEERS (MECHANICAL/ELECT.&INST. / CIVIL)

Engineering degree ad at least 8 years experience in the power industry in design, construction and/ or O & M.

TRAINEE ENGINEERS

Fresh Engineering graduates.

SAFETY ENGINEERS/ COORDINATORS

Must have education, training and experience in safety related to power plants (Construction and/or O&M) including industrial hygiene and toxicology, design of engineering hazards and accident investigation and analysis, system and process safety, safety and health program management, performance, human behavior, environmental safety and health, and safety, health and environmental, performance, human behavior, environmental safety and health, and safety, health and environmental laws, regulations and standards.

Candidates must possess drive and capability to meet and exceed challenging targets, commitment to safety with a good safety record on completed projects. People with good report writing skills, and ability to work within team environment with excellent leadership and communication and problem solving skills would  preferred.  Fluent written and spoken English and overseas experience would be of additional value.
