Major Responsibilities

  • Devise & Implement Country Sales strategies
  • Grow Country Revenue faster than the Market growth rate
  • Set the direction for business growth into new and existing customers through Up-selling and Cross-selling
  • Build sustainable and trusting relationships with customers through a well harmonized & well developed sales force
  • Collaborate with Sales Development Manager AP for delivering industry'' vest in class'' sales competence throughout the Direct Sales, Regular and National Customer sales teams
  • Develop a high performance service culture within the function

Eligibility

  • 10 years experience in leading processes and people at multiple levels
  • 3 years experience in senior management
  • Experience in Field & Telesales process management, Sales recording and reporting systems, Sales Force learning technologies
  • Excellent presentation & Communication skills
  • Software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
