Operations Superintendent (4 Positions)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Have leadership qualities to manage and le3ad yard shift operation
• Supervise yard/vessel operations by managing available equipment and human resource
• Develop and manage equipment manning rosters to suit current prevailing situation in th terminal
• Have clear understanding of efficient and productive terminal operation with all regards to safety
• Capable to lead equipment training program for all equipment operators
• Ability to work closely at all level in operations and with other departments
• Required to work in shift duties

The ideal candidate should:

• Be a graduate having 5 years of terminal experience in the same position. OR
• Be a Masters with additional logistics qualification and job experience. OR
• Be a Master Mainer / Chief Officer with shore job experience or have taken additional logistics qualifications to make career on shore
• Have strong leadership and communications skills.
• Be proficient in MS Office.
