Invitation to submit Request for Proposal For 20 SHOPS AT FOOD COURT
BAGH-E-IBNE QASIM, CLIFTON , KARACHI

1. CDGK invites Proposals from the interested persons corporate entities financial institutions and consortia for the above project on joint Venture / Public -Private Partnership / EPD.
2. The Public Procurement Rules 2004 would strictly be followed with two envelope stage 2 procedure.
3. The detailed conditions governing the RFP and Terms of Reference can be obtained from the E& IP, GOO, during office hours on payment of Rs,10,000/- (Rupees  Ten thousand only) in the shape of pay order in favour of EDO , E & IP, GOO, CDGK, from 15th April 2008.
4. The proposals , complete in all respects are to be submitted latest by 20th May 2008 by 1230 hrs, and shall be opened in the presence of the bidders at 1300 hrs. on the same day.
5. The CDGK reserves the right to accept or reject any offer without assigning reason thereof.
