• National Press Trust (NPT) owns a commercial corner Plot located at 106-Court Road, Karachi measuring 648.87 s. yards (115'  x  50.9) and intends to lease out /rent out on long term basis  for construction of commercial building.
• Interested Firms/Companies may send their proposals along with profile of the company / firm and other supporting documents i.e. financial soundness certificate from their respective band (s), detail of projects carried out in the past and in hand, etc. along with processing fee of Rs. 20,000/-(twenty thousand) only (non-refundable) in the shape of pay order / Demand Draft in the name of National Press Trust within  15 days from the sate of publication of their advertisement at the address given at the bottom of this advertisement.
