Finance Manger - Project , Karachi (01 Position)

The ideal candidates should:

• be ACMA/ MBA Finance
• possess at least 7-10 years of work experience with a reputable firm ( candidate with prior experience of working on a construction project may have an edge)
• not be more than 45 years of age
• possess strong communication skills and be computer literate.

Job Responsibilities

• prepare project profile / feasibility report for presentation to banks / financial institutions.
• be able to independently prepare budgets cash flows and financial and management reports
• assist in identifying and negotiating with prospective clients and realtors
• conduct market survey for similar projects / properties in the area
• draw up rental agreement with clients
• the candidates is also expected to assist in managing the investment portfolio of the Group.
