Project Manager Karachi (01 Position)

The ideal candidates should:

• be a Senior Civil or Mechanical Engineer with 7-10 years experience of managing the construction of high -end commercial building projects
• not be more than 50 years of age
• possess strong leadership and communication skills and be computer literate preferably in related packages

Job Responsibilities

• co-ordinate between architect -engineer , construction manager, contractors and equipment suppliers to ensure successful , on-time completion of the project
• prepare tender and contract documents tender evaluation / contractors selection
• supervise construction of the building and liaise with various government departments
• mange construction and equipment supply contracts.
